A plan's limits apply to all of your instances together, running or stopped: the number of instances, and the total vCPU, memory and disk they reserve.

Instance sizes

Every instance has a fixed size. Your plan decides which sizes you can use and how much you can run in total. Resize an instance later from the dashboard or the API.

Billing questions

How do renewals work?
Renewal is manual. Paying for the plan you already have adds 30 days to its end date, so you can pay early without losing time. Switching to another plan starts a new 30-day period right away.
What happens if I don't renew?
Instances keep running for a 72-hour grace period. Then the account falls back to the free plan, and the instances that don't fit it are stopped. Nothing is deleted: pay again and start them.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Mobile Money (MoMo) and cards, through CircuitNotion Pay. Your plan unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with no time limit: one small instance with a public HTTPS URL and full API and MCP access.
Do agents need a separate subscription?
No. Agents use API keys from your account and count against your plan like instances you create yourself.
